Return:
All items are not returnable
Delivery:
Deliveries do not include cutlery, crockery, napkins, buffet setup, or service staff unless specifically included in the order. If needed, disposable cutlery, napkins, or palm leaf plates are available at an additional cost. Please be aware that deliveries may be delayed due to unexpected traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We advise allowing some extra time before starting food service.
Payments:
To confirm catering services, a 25% deposit of the total amount is required if the event/service
date is more than 2 weeks away. The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 weeks before
the event/service date. For events/services scheduled within 2 weeks, full payment is required
in advance.
Postponement:
Catering services can be postponed to a later available date. Postponement requests must be submitted in writing. Fees will apply if the client postpones with less than one weeks’ notice. The following fees will be applied for postponement
● More than 7 days’ notice: No fee
● 48 hours to 7 days’ notice: 20% of the total amount
● Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the total amount
Cancellation:
A cancellation fee will apply if catering is cancelled with less than two weeks’ notice.
Cancellation notices must be given in writing. The following fees will be applied for cancellation
● More than two weeks’ notice: No fee
● 7 days to 14 days’ notice: 25% of the total amount
● 48 hours to 7 days’ notice: 50% of the total amount
● Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the total amount
